Interpretation

With Payment Processors & Platform Providers

Payment transactions initiated via Apple Pay or Google Pay share necessary transaction and tokenized billing details with Apple Inc. or Google LLC to authenticate and complete the transaction. Shipping addresses are shared securely with authorized logistics and courier services solely to complete fulfillment.

For Business Transfers

In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of Our business by another company.

Retained for up to 24 months from ticket closure.

Usage & Analytics Data

Retained for up to 24 months.

Upon expiration of retention periods, data is securely deleted or permanently anonymized for analytical research.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where processing partners are located. If You access the Service from outside the United States, please note that Your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. In-App Account Deletion

You may initiate account deletion directly within the Verdure mobile app by navigating to Account Settings > Security & Privacy > Delete Account.

Manual Request

You may also contact Us directly at privacy@verdure-app.com to request complete deletion of Your personal information.

Note: Certain transactional data must be retained where We have a legal obligation to do so (e.g., tax or financial audit compliance).

California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

Right to Know / Access

The right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of Personal Data collected about You over the past 12 months.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Your local data protection authority.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 16. If You are a parent or guardian and become aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data without parental consent, please contact Us immediately at privacy@verdure-app.com, and We will promptly remove such information.
