Collecting and Using Your Personal Information

Note on Payment Processing
All payments made on or through the Service are processed using secure third-party payment services, including Apple Pay (operated by Apple Inc.) and Google Pay (operated by Google LLC). When You use Apple Pay or Google Pay to complete a transaction, Your payment information is tokenized and securely handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not store, process, or collect Your raw credit card details or bank account credentials on Our servers.
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

- Retained for the duration of Your active account relationship plus up to 24 months post-closure.
- Transaction and Financial Records
- Retained for up to 7 years to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting compliance obligations.
- Customer Support & Correspondence
- Retained for up to 24 months from ticket closure.
- Usage & Analytics Data
- Retained for up to 24 months.
Upon expiration of retention periods, data is securely deleted or permanently anonymized for analytical research.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where processing partners are located. If You access the Service from outside the United States, please note that Your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. Standard contractual clauses and legal safeguards are utilized to ensure secure transfers.
User Rights and Data Control
Account & Data Deletion
You have the right to access, update, or delete Your Personal Data at any time:
- In-App Account Deletion
- You may initiate account deletion directly within the Verdure mobile app by navigating to Account Settings > Security & Privacy > Delete Account.
- Manual Request
- You may also contact Us directly at privacy@verdure-app.com to request complete deletion of Your personal information.
Note: Certain transactional data must be retained where We have a legal obligation to do so (e.g., tax or financial audit compliance).
Regional Disclosures & Compliance
California Consumer Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If You are a California resident, You have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 16.
